The Washington State Prayer Targets are developed by an apostolic and prophetic council of leaders representing the church, government, business, education, healthcare, media and family spheres each month. Proverbs 24:3-6 admonishes us that there is wisdom in a multitude of counsel. By wise counsel build and by wise counsel wage war. So with that in mind, we invite you to do the word found in Isaiah 44:6-7 which says, “Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel, And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: I am the First and I am the Last; Besides Me there is no God. And who can proclaim as I do? Then let him declare it and set it in order for Me…”
Church Sphere
Troy from Northwest Life Center chairs the Church council. He says the need for the restoration of David’s Tabernacle (24/7 prayer, praise, and worship) interacting and working with leaders from the 7 spheres of society has never been greater.
Let us pray and proclaim
- Pray for salvation of Israel, the peace at Jerusalem and our Father’s will regarding the end-time events. Romans 11:1, Psalm 122, Joel 2-3, Daniel 7:9-25, Revelation 19-22 Deuteronomy 32:26-29 and Zechariah 12-14.

- That the Church would prepare for persecution and the Day of the LORD. 1 Peter 3:10-12
- Recognize one of the biggest weapons Satan uses is accusation, deception and illusion. Let us pray for a maturing of the Church who’ll destroy the works of the enemy (1 John 3:8), speak the truth (Ephesians 4:15), restore the fallen (Galatians 6:1-2) and deliver and heal the afflicted. (Mark 16:15-17, Matthew 28:19-20, Isaiah 61).
- Joel 2:1-11 Blow the trumpet in Zion, And sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the LORD is coming, For it is at hand: A day of darkness and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness Like the morning clouds spread over the mountains. A people come, great and strong, The like of whom has never been; Nor will there ever be any such after them, Even for many successive generations. A fire devours before them, And behind them a flame burns;….They run like mighty men, They climb the wall like men of war; Everyone marches in formation, And they do not break ranks……The LORD gives voice before His army….For strong is the One who executes His word. For the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; Who can endure it?
- We pray for an awakening to occur among the youth with regard to discipleship, house churches, church planting, and evangelism.
Virginia from FireStorm chairs the family mountain and she says pray that:
- Families will prepare their hearts for the Messiah. They will make new covenants with God as they seek His face, putting time aside for Him. They will not let schooling or sports take over the time that is God’s.
- Parents will direct their children back to how to deal with difficulties. We will root out every family curse through deliverance and be changed in to Christ’s image.
- Parents will talk and pray with their children/young adults regarding Israel and what is happening in our country and the world.
- Pray for our single young adults. College age and older are struggling to find spouses.
Government Sphere
Corruption and evil continue to be exposed from the White House to the State House and even to the courthouse. We cry for justice and righteousness, honesty and integrity to be restored. The government overreach is part of the rude awakening that is leading to a great awakening. Therefore let us pray:
- 2 Samuel 23:3 – The Rock of Israel said, “He who rules over men must be just….” LORD, give us just men and women to serve in civil government.
Corruption has been exposed within King County Elections. Pray for not only the continued exposure but also for justice to be rendered and corrections made such that integrity is restored to the electoral process in Washington state starting in King County.
- Pray for Doug Basler wins his race and that honorable, fair and just measures will return to the electoral process in this county and Washington state.
- Pray the Ekklesia acts like Jesus in Revelation 19:11.

- Beware of lawfare and the lawlessness that continues to be practiced by lawmakers. Pray for their replacement and the re-establishment of that which is right.
- Psalm 94:20-23 Shall the throne of iniquity, which devises evil by law, Have fellowship with You? They gather together against the life of the righteous, And condemn innocent blood. But the LORD has been my defense, And my God the rock of my refuge. He has brought on them their own iniquity, And shall cut them off in their own wickedness; The LORD our God shall cut them off.
- LORD, remember the words spoken by your prophets over this state and this nation. Deliver us from lawlessness, each one called to the governmental sphere, like former President Trump, fulfill the purpose you made them for in this nation.
Business Sphere
Pray that we in the business community will be able to hear the voice of the Lord clearly and obey Him quickly when opportunities are seen. Let us pray, proclaim and declare:
- God’s people, business people, would prosper and they would continue to be generous and give tithes, offerings, first fruits, and alms. That they would be like Isaac who sowed in the land of famine and then that year reaped 100-fold. (Genesis 26:12)
- That they would not give to dead works nor use their profit for unclean use, but would rather, pray and put it where God shows them…. where God chooses to make His name abide. (Deuteronomy 26:13-15).
- That Dave Hodsgon’s message of “that all shall prosper” would permeate society’s understanding and our state.
- The boycotts are working on Target, Bud Light, etc… continue to not only pray but use your dollars to support traditional family values, truth and justice.
- Local businesses would increase the number of local farms, and healthier food options and encourage an alternative economy and that God gives these businesses, farmers and ranchers wisdom on how to respond to the evil strategy seeking to use inflation and taxes to undermine good business practices.
Education Sphere
Kathy is a retired teacher who says a local teacher reported: “Schools are becoming “naturalization centers.” Washington is a sanctuary state and there is an influx of immigrants. The children are attending schools, speaking little to no English.” Let us pray:
* for an increase of the voices and boldness of believing students, parents and staff too stand up and against the ungodly and unrighteous agenda (ie. like the LGBTQ training, dis-information campaign, permeating our school systems) that is being promoted right now.
* for an increase in the spread of the word of God and revival in schools.
* for the development of more churches and prayer groups to stand in the gap for schools, teachers, and students.
* for a cutting off at the root the plans of the enemy to remove parents rights in the education of their children and indoctrinate children to evil practices and ways of thinking.
* for the tearing down of the teachers unions and their evil agendas.
* for an increase of Bible clubs in schools and ministers sent into the schools.
Media Sphere
Let us pray and proclaim:
- The Church in Hollywood and the entertainment industry hits the mark.
- Traditional platforms learn their lessons and stop attacking God’s design for families and more.
- The unholy alliance between government and media is destroyed.
- “The Chosen” has a great response to the release of season 4 in three months.
Healthcare Sphere
Let us pray and declare:
- God pour’s out His Spirit with an increase of gifts of healing within Your body.
- Bring deliverance & freedom to the church’s emotional & physical health.
- 3 John 2 “Beloved I pray that in all respects you may prosper & be in good health, just as your soul prospers.”
- Let faith arise & release the miraculous healings within our churches & communities bringing many to Christ & giving glory to God.
- John 15:7 “If you abide in Me, & My words abide in you, ask whatever you will & it shall be done for you.”
