The Washington State Prayer Targets are developed by an apostolic and prophetic council of leaders representing the church, government, business, education, healthcare, media and family spheres each month. Proverbs 24:3-6 admonishes us that there is wisdom in a multitude of counsel. By wise counsel build and by wise counsel wage war. So with that in mind, we invite you to do the word found in Isaiah 44:6-7 which says, “Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel, And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: I am the First and I am the Last; Besides Me there is no God. And who can proclaim as I do? Then let him declare it and set it in order for Me…”
Intel Encourages Us to Prepare
One month ago this sheriff went on Fox News to report about a meeting he had in DC with other sheriffs and the FBI. Just this morning after preparing these prayer targets, I received an unverified report from a source within the military encouraging prayer for the West Coast specifically. Here’s how I responded to the email with some of the direction I gave our ministers.
My encouragement is not just to pray for protection for the West Coast, but
rather, “deliver us from evil.” Pray all of Psalm 140 which includes…..
Psalms 140:11 Let not a slanderer be established in the earth; Let evil hunt
the violent man to overthrow him.”

Church Sphere
Troy from Northwest Life Center chairs the Church council. He says the need for the restoration of David’s Tabernacle (24/7 prayer, praise, and worship) interacting and working with leaders from the 7 spheres of society has never been greater.
Let us pray and proclaim:
- There is an increase in the revelation of covenant and unity.
- We rejoice as we see an increase in the anointing for deliverance, healing and souls saved.
- The remnant, the bridal company of believers make themselves ready and prepare (pre-prayer) the way of the LORD come forth (Joel 2:1-3:14, Matthew 24, 2 Peter 3:10-12).
- For the salvation of Israel, the peace at Jerusalem and our Father’s will regarding the end-time events. Romans 11:1, Psalm 122, Joel 2-3, Daniel 7:9-25, Revelation 19-22 Deuteronomy 32:26-29 and Zechariah 12-14.
- That the fire of purification visiting the Church would also prepare us for persecution and the Day of the LORD. 1 Peter 3:10-12
- Recognize one of the biggest weapons Satan uses is accusation, deception and illusion. Let us pray for a maturing of the Church who’ll destroy the works of the enemy (1 John 3:8), speak the truth (Ephesians 4:15), restore the fallen (Galatians 6:1-2) and deliver and heal the afflicted. (Mark 16:15-17, Matthew 28:19-20, Isaiah 61).
- We pray for an awakening to occur among the youth with regard to discipleship, house churches, church planting, and that evangelism would explode in this state.
- There is a forming up of the army of the LORD church by church and that Holy Spirit inspired strategic communcation systems would reside in each church, city, county and nation.
Virginia from FireStorm chairs the family mountain and she says pray that:
- A student led praise and worship event comes together for a local Federal Way middle school.
- Families will prepare their hearts for the Messiah. They will make new covenants with God as they seek His face, putting time aside for Him. They will not let schooling or sports take over the time that is God’s.
- Parents will talk and pray with their children/young adults regarding Israel and what is happening in our country and the world.
- Pray for our single young adults. College age and older are struggling to find spouses.
- Declare that families will regroup take their strength from the Lord and continue to fight in behalf of their children. during this time during congress. (many parents get overwhelmed by so many bills needing dealt with).
Government Sphere – Updates & Opportunity
A big change, a moral transformation is needed in both Parties of Washingotn State to replace self serving leaders with servant leaders. Due to the success of “Let’s Go Washington’s” initiative strategy the climate activists (think, those who worship creation more than the Creator) are ramping up like never before and seek more taxpayer dollars to push the climate agenda.

Each of these initiatives are related to a moral foundation that the Left seeks to undermine as doing what is right is aligned with God’s design.
Business Sphere
Doug Basler of Prologue Digital chairs this council. Pray that we in the business community will be able to hear the voice of the Lord clearly and obey Him quickly when opportunities are seen.
Let us pray, proclaim and declare:
- God’s people, business people, would prosper and they would continue to be generous and give tithes, offerings, first fruits, and alms. That they would be like Isaac who sowed in the land of famine and then that year reaped 100-fold. (Genesis 26:12)
- That they would not give to dead works nor use their profit for unclean use, but would rather, pray and put it where God shows them…. where God chooses to make His name abide. (Deuteronomy 26:13-15).
- That Dave Hodsgon’s message of “that all shall prosper” would permeate society’s understanding and our state.
- Interest rates and inflation would level out.
Education Sphere
Kathy is a retired teacher who says a local teacher reported: The plans of the enemy to remove God from schools have taken full effect.
Let us pray for:
- A student led praise and worship event comes together for a local Federal Way middle school.
- and give praise to God for His moving in our schools and sending ministers to reach out and then to disciple those who’ve come to Christ.
- teachers to be encouraged to continue to pray and work inspite of the lack of respect and morals practiced today.
- an increasing agreement among believers to remove the ungodly agendas from our schools at every level: preschool to post-college students, school boards, teachers unions, and administration.
- believers to speak forth the truth in every realm of the school environment.
- an increase in the spread of the word of God and revival in schools through teachers, administrative employees, coaches, and ministers like Wanda, Enoch, and Lauren.
- an increase of Bible clubs in schools and ministers sent into the schools.
- the development of more churches and prayer groups to stand in the gap for schools, teachers, and students.
- “angels be released to reveal the secrets of God to all those in education: students, teachers, administrators, curriculum writers and to block all the lies perpetuated by the enemy.”
- all witchcraft and demonic strategies aimed at Washington State schools fails as God’s will is done and His name is magnified.
Media Sphere
We praise God for the purifying fire that is also visiting government, entertainment and business even as actors, celebrities, comedians practicing perversion are being exposed as the light shines in darkness. LORD finish your good work and open the eyes of all that they might repent so you can relent. But for those who will not, replace them.
Let us pray and proclaim:
- The Church in Hollywood and the entertainment industry hits the mark.
- Traditional platforms learn their lessons and stop attacking God’s design for families and more.
- The unholy alliance between government and media is destroyed.
- The crowdfunded project producing “The Chosen” has seen a great response to the release of season 4. There has been an increase in quality faithbased films being released as well.
Many of the streaming services are struggling and God is
speaking in the arts and entertainment mountain by defunding organizations that
are pushing ungodly agendas. Pray this trend continues.
Healthcare Sphere
Diana a retired nurse chairs the healthcare council. Join with us in praying for her to be healed and free from breast cancer. She reports that cyber attacks are on the rise. With this in mind:
Let us PRAY & PROCLAIM:
- Pray for the protection over Washington medical facilities & your own local facilities from sinister cyber & ransomware attacks
- Lord Jesus protect personal data from being breached & stolen from medical facilities. Is 27:5 Let us rely on The LORD’s protection.
- Expose the source of hackers & bring them to justice. Amos 5:24 “Let justice roll down like waters, And righteousness as an ever flowing stream.”
- How Shall We Then Live? Mathew 4:4 from last month
- May the giftings of evangelism, healings & miracles arise within the church, & then go out to minister in the streets, neighborhoods & market places. Ephesians 4:11,12
- United Healthcare was attacked by a ransomware attack and has caused major disruption in the billing for hospitals which could affect billing for up to a year. Pray for justice and a righteous resolve to this attempt at theft.
