He can see again! Our little guy, Lian, can see. We just got the word, the surgery worked. It’s been only three days since we shared “Little Guy Needs Emergency Eye Surgery at our Orphanage.
They have advised that he needs to take a certain medication and rest over this next month but praise God he can see. John Mark, his family and the ACR team are so very grateful and so am I.
This has been a challenging couple of months. First, their city was going to be attacked. We prayed and it passed. Then John Mark had an infection that turned septic as well. It was so close to the brain they hospitalized him to for almost a week. Then this occured.
Your prayers, and love expressed through your giving, every month and this emergency aide sent to our orphanage are a testimony of Christ in you, the hope of glory. Galatians 5:6 teaches us that the only thing that really counts is “faith working through love.”
For those of you who shared in this challenge, this is fruit that is credited to your heavenly account.
Remember what Jesus said in Matthew 10:40-42.
40 “He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me. 41 He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward. And he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward. 42 And whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward.”
As of today, we have 24 children and 39 family members who were made refugees when they bombed our house of prayer and the village next to it. In addition there are our ministers John Mark, Sophia and their three children too.
