We host a ministerial call every month for our ministers. On the last call we discovered something insightful. Apostle Nani revealed how Christians were being persecuted in Manipur India. Over 500 had been killed as 256 churches had been destroyed and 50,000 people displaced. They’ve become refugees.
Now here is the shocking part. Manipur is right next to Myanmar where our prayer center and orphanage are located. They’ve been persecuted, bombed and shot at for more than two years.
The Hindu-backed government in India is persecuting the tribal hill people in Manipur who happen to be Christians. It’s the same kind of violence that the Christians in Myanmar are experiencing. The only difference is, Myanmar has a different government that is Buddhist-backed. What’s the shocking part?

Think about it. One tribe of hill people spans two nations. They are Christians. Regardless of which nation they are in, they are persecuted. What are the odds that KLI would have two ministers, mobilizing prayer in two nations, both praying about the same persecution? Those are God odds.

The tribe I speak of is the one who used our strategy to establish a house of prayer there in 2010. It was from this tribe which came the very first Christian ever installed as vice-president in this nation in 2019. He’s with the elected government in exile now.
