Our Washington State Prayer Targets…
are developed by an apostolic and prophetic council of leaders
representing the church, government, business, education, healthcare, media and
family spheres each month. Proverbs 24:3-6 admonishes us that there is
wisdom in a multitude of counsel. By wise counsel build and by wise
counsel wage war. So with that in mind, we invite you to do the word
found in Isaiah 44:6-7 which says, “Thus says the LORD, the King of
Israel, And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: I am the First and I am the Last;
Besides Me there is no God. And who can proclaim as I do? Then let him declare it and set it
in order for Me…”
This month there is a major focus on King County which is where Seattle is located. It has the largest population and the most money. As the county goes, so goes the state in elections, policies, and cultural influence. We pray Jesus is exalted as King.
Warring with Prophetic Words – December 14, 2003 – Chuck Pierce …”There is a great harvest in the midst of this state….salvation will flood the state of Washington…. I’m going to bring order to the church in this state…”
Church Sphere
Troy from Northwest Life Center chairs the Church council. He says the need for the restoration of David’s Tabernacle (24/7 prayer, praise, and worship) interacting and working with leaders from the 7 spheres of society has never been greater. Note, there have been many testimonies of a growing revival, salvations, water baptisms in this state. TOur team reported of a number of very postive things occuring as they visited various churches and or participated in a number of community church events where denominational walls were virtually non-existent.
Praise Reports:
- Recently in Seattle the Pursuit Church led an extended period of prayer and worship each day as the sought the LORD. This is an answer to prayer and we pray “MORE LORD.” More hunger, more seeking, more worship.
- A little Assembly of God Church of a little over 100 raised monies to send 68 kids to a camp. Forty were saved, baptized in the Holy Spirit.
Let us pray and proclaim:
- There is an increase in the revelation of covenant and unity.
- We rejoice as we see an increase in the anointing for deliverance, healing and souls saved.
- The remnant, the bridal company of believers make themselves ready and prepare (pre-prayer) the way of the LORD come forth (Joel 2:1-3:14, Matthew 24, 2 Peter 3:10-12).
- For the salvation of Israel, the peace at Jerusalem and our Father’s will regarding the end-time events. Romans 11:1, Psalm 122, Joel 2-3, Daniel 7:9-25, Revelation 19-22 Deuteronomy 32:26-29 and Zechariah 12-14.
- That the fire of purification visiting the Church would also prepare us for persecution and the Day of the LORD. 1 Peter 3:10-12
- Recognize one of the biggest weapons Satan uses is accusation, deception and illusion. Let us pray for a maturing of the Church who’ll destroy the works of the enemy (1 John 3:8), speak the truth (Ephesians 4:15), restore the fallen (Galatians 6:1-2) and deliver and heal the afflicted. (Mark 16:15-17, Matthew 28:19-20, Isaiah 61).
- We pray for an awakening to occur among the youth with regard to discipleship, house churches, church planting, and that evangelism would explode in this state.
- There is a forming up of the army of the LORD church by church and that Holy Spirit inspired strategic communication systems would reside in each church, city, county and nation.
- God is dropping a plumbline. Pray we choose to align ourselves with God’s word and truth.
- As people travel over summer they will remember their church family and their worship of our LORD through their giving.
- We pray for breakthrough apostolic strategies and the resources necessary to execute our Father’s will.
Family Sphere
Virginia from Watchman on Fire chairs the family mountain recommends that we pray and proclaim:
- Safety during summer fun, camps and vacations.
- Families to draw near to one another and the Lord during family times.
- Families to talk about the God issues during the Summer months when they are around each other.
- Families to worship together outside of Church services.
- For families to look at their alignments and discuss them (schools, church groups, etc.)
- That deep commitments to the Lord be made/renewed during the Summer months.
- Depression, suicide and hopelessness is thwarted through the anointing which breaks the yoke and the love of Christ which casts out all fear.
- Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
- 1 Corinthians 15:55-57 5 “O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?” 56 The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- The alphabet organization promoting transgender issues through schools, media, business, government etc… introduces confusion. The scripture reveals in James 3:14-17
4 But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. 15 This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. 16 For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. 17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. - The truth is, the alphabet organization’s agenda is a lie against the truth spoken of in Genesis 1 and 2. Therefore we pray against and seek to speak like Jesus. 1 John 3:8 8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
Government Sphere
Praise Reports:
- Last month we prayed about the “Stop the Gas Ban Initiative.” It was reported they are well over the 425K signatures needed to get it on the ballot. We have also prayed about voter integrity and every month across the nation, more and more reports and judicial decisions are being made which further expose the corruption and theft. Now we pray for justice and if we cannot get justice from our courts, we pray it from heaven. Remove the corrupt.
- Sharon Hanek who serves on this council is running for State Treasurer. Pray she hits the mark for her divine assignment.

Let us pray, declare and decree:
- Clean voter rolls and honest elections.
- The AG’s attempt to run for governor would fail as his policies and lawfare practice is based in a worldview without God, without truth and it shows. He is a manifestation of Isaiah 5:20. He calls good evil and evil good.
- That the Church would wake up and choose candidates and policies that are not at odds with God’s word (2 Samuel 23:3…. He who rules over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God) thereby making them an enemy of the cross of Christ because their god has become their belly. (Philippians 3:19)
- We pray for the removal of all those NOT CALLED to this mountain and for those whom Christ has called for the long term to rise to the top and secure offices whereby our state might be blessed by righteous decisions rather than suffer because of foolish evil decisions based on lies.
- The the confusion introduced by the adversary in the Conservative camp be removed.
- We call forth men and women to serve who’ll display the character and wisdom of the prophet and statesmanship like Daniel, Shadrack, Meshach and Abednego did for the long term in the Babylonian kingdom.
- Those who are deceitful, liars, are snared in the very trap they set.
- That there comes a unity among the Conservatives that hold a Biblical worldview that will serve as a magnet to the marginalized and disillusioned on the Left.
- We call forth a maturing of the body of Christ as they take responsibility to rise up and engage society to become salt and light.
Business Sphere
The socialist left ideology which is godless, has permeated our civil government at the state, county and city level. It led to a variety of policies and laws that have revealed corruption in our justice system, caused crime to rise dramatically and has hurt businesses. As crime rises for example in grocery stores and department stores, every product stolen, every grocery cart stolen, only increases the cost for law abiding citizens as businesses are forced to raise prices to cover their overhead. This combined with the Feds printing of money all contributes to inflation which reduces freedom. Recently even the King County Council passed the highest minimum wage in the nation following California’s example even as liberal media sources like MSNBC report how the state has lost billions of dollars worth of revenue as businesses like McDonalds seeks to leave the state and how it has forced numerous businesses to lay off staff to reduce labor cost.
Let us pray, proclaim and declare:
- Government officials who represent their actual constituency and tax payers would replace those who hold an extreme Left godless ideology and harm businesses through their poor laws and policies that contribute to inflation, cause crime to rise, and drive business out of Washington State.
- The impact of the gas ban proposed by the Left was already addressed, but, it will drive some out of business if passed.
- God’s people, business people, would prosper and they would continue to be generous and give tithes, offerings, first fruits, and alms. That they would be like Isaac who sowed in the land of famine and then that year reaped 100-fold. (Genesis 26:12)
- That they would not give to dead works nor use their profit for unclean use, but would rather, pray and put it where God shows them…. where God chooses to make His name abide. (Deuteronomy 26:13-15).
- That Dave Hodsgon’s message of “that all shall prosper” would permeate society’s understanding and our state.
- That God’s people would be innovative and a spirit of excellence would permeate their services.
- That God would give His people witty inventions and ideas of how to position themselves to no only prosper for effect God’s will in their respective areas of service.
Education Sphere
Kathy is a retired teacher who recommended we use the Her Voice, Prayer Guide this month.
Let us pray for: OUR EDUCATION SYSTEMS SCHOOL BOARDS / TEACHERS / STUDENTS
- Lord, equip the believers who have dedicated their lives to teaching others (parents, teachers, professors, pastors, etc.) with the understanding necessary to explain Biblical truth and give them creative ways to introduce the truth. Connect believers young and old to Matthew 5:16, causing a boldness of light to rise within them. May their light shine before others, that they may see their good works and glorify our Father in heaven.
- Holy Spirit, raise up more teachers – in the home, at school, and in the church – who are passionate about proclaiming the truths of Christ and who are competent, wise, patient, and humble.
- Lord, we ask You to make our colleges and universities centers for revival rather than for the tearing down of the faith. Lord, work through Christian groups and churches to bring thousands of young men and women to faith and discipleship so that Christian students will stand strong for their faith and grow in profound ways.
- We ask for Your protection and we bind the spirits of destruction and death over our schools. We bind the spirits of confusion, fear, pride and deception over our education systems as a whole. According to Isaiah 54:14, our enemies stay far away from our students and administration. They live each day in peace. Terror does not come near them!
- DECREE: In Jesus name, we decree that education leaders, systems, and institutions are being filled with Kingdom values, wisdom, conviction, and truth. We decree that the Holy Spirit will use godly teachers, professors and faculty members as a mighty force for good and we believe a new standard is rising up.
- The growing grassroots movements in homesteading which are reinforcing family values, personal responsibility, resourcefulness and recognizing how God designed the world to work. It is a way to combat the Left’s growing encroachment in genetically modifying food, as the extremely rich like the Gates and the Chinese government buy up millions of acres of farmland.
- More school clubs to form and invite in kingdom minded people who teach skills related to farming and homesteading and the moral foundation, the disciplines, needed to succeed in endeavours like that (ie. Back to Eden, Creation, how to make a food forest…)
- For a move from reliance on a pharmacy to a farmacy! Let our food be our medicine and our medicine our food.
Put Your Faith into Action Strategically
Everyone with a library card can go in and request books that would be wholesome especially for the kids.
Provide Titles and Authors of the books they want to come to their library.
We spoke of Graphic Novels (books with drawings in line with comic books only in book form) there are many with the woke agenda. We can ask for what we want to read and is a small splash approach, and behind the scenes.

Another idea for everyday people is to go in and have reading times for children. Sign up to read a book and advertise (you pick the book).
- Kirk Cameron reads to kids. He uses who he is to draw the crowd and then reads wholesome books.
Media Sphere
We live in a day where there is a cacophony of confusion proceeding from the diverse media sphere. The prince of the power of the air seeks to control these platforms to sow discord, division, untruths, lies and desctruction. Ephesians 2:2-5 2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved)
Let us pray, proclaim and decree:
- People wise up and begin to seek subscription services like with the Epochtimes for their news rather than the free MSM or Social Media used to propagate an agenda based upon greed, lies, and a lust for power and control.
- Recognize how pharmaceutical companies are spending millions advertising drugs etc… that only appeal to a very small audience. It’s legal and also a thinly veiled bribe whose goal is to make their advertising dollar so beneficial to media, they buy their silence when it comes to the truth and their drugs. Pray for this Babylonian system to fail.
- The confusion like white noise is getting louder and louder. Pray the truth is exalted and proclaimed.
- There is a war on truth. Pray the lies are defeated.
- Pray that the First Amendment which protects free speech remains intact.
- Pray for more quality TV, movies, books, podcasts and wholesome content such as The Chosen invade the media space with power and influence.
Healthcare Sphere
Diana a retired nurse chairs the healthcare council. Many are struggling with gender dysphoria
& suicidal tendencies. This is a literal onslaught of hell itself against the young people of our day. This can entail many areas of darkness such as spirits of legion ( the pronoun issue), perversion, immorality, death, suicide, LGTBQ agenda, gender dysphoria, deadly drugs & alcohol, school clinics & counseling centers, transgender treatments & surgeries, ETC….. Much of this is legalized & protected by state laws &
then taught through the educational system. Media then spreads lies calling evil good & good evil.
Let us pray, proclaim and decree:
- Awaken a cry of prayer, intercession & fasting to our God in desperation for the children. Holy Spirit burden our hearts to cry out!!!!
- Ephesians 6:11,12 “Put on the full armor of God that we may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh & blood, but against rulers, powers, world forces of this darkness & spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places.”
- Bring revelation & wisdom to uncover the root causes of this culture of death within our state.
- Raise up the anointed giftings within the body of Christ to minister to the children of our day in prayer, healing, deliverance & salvation.
- Pray for the many Christian camps throughout Washington this summer. May many be saved & filled with the Spirit. Our God is a God of SALVATION!
- Raise up righteous legislators to change evil laws regarding children & education.
- We Declare: that the children of Washington state shall come to salvation in Jesus Christ!
Luke 8:30-36 30 Jesus asked him, saying, “What is your name?” And he said, “Legion,” because many demons had entered him. 31 And they begged Him that He would not command them to go out into the abyss.32 Now a herd of many swine was feeding there on the mountain. So they begged Him that He would permit them to enter them.
