In this video Ron uses Hebrews 2:1-4 to set the stage where we’ll discover how neglecting the kingdom gospel degrades salvation which leads us to Paul’s admonitions found in 1st and 2nd Timothy. It is a very solemn charge for ministers today and highlights the great need for ministers to model Christ’s character motivated by His love while confronting sin starting with the elders who sin.
Ron’s insight set the stage for our surprise guest, Dr. John Roddam, a retired Episcopal Priest who served as the rector of ST. Luke’s, the birthplace of the modern Charismatic movement. John offered some excellent historical insight from the Latter Reign Movement which served as a springboard for the Charismatic movment.
This led to a discussion regarding restoring elders in the gates is what set the stage for John to dive into his rich first hand knowledge of the testimonies from the men who were there. Their testimony underscored not only the wisdom of restoring elders in the gates of a city or region, but also the spiritual authority that could be excerted for the good of a city.

James Watt (1923-2014) was the last living elder of the 1948 Latter Rain Revival in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, CANADA The revival began in February 1948 and Jim Watt was asked to be one of the seven overseers/elders for the July 1948 Camp Meetings when curious folks from all around the world came to witness this unique spiritual outpouring.
In this nineth video, commemorating the Latter Rain Revival’s 60th Anniversary, The Rev’d.
